UnitedMasters announces a suite of financial tools for independent creators.
A few months ago we announced our first financial tool for independent creators. Split Pay allows UnitedMasters SELECT artists to automatically split royalties with their collaborators on any track they distribute.
Today we are pleased to announce partnerships with artist funding service beatBread and creator payment app Paperchain that expand the variety of financial tools available to artists on the UnitedMasters platform.
What is beatBread?
The beatBread x UnitedMasters partnership consists of an automated portal that allows qualifying artists to access advances ranging from $1000 to $1 million dollars. For UnitedMasters SELECT artists with existing music catalogs, this portal will ingest streaming & social data and offer advances with customizable key terms such as:
The length of the advance term
The works that are included in the advance
The amount of income they keep during the advance repayment period
We believe this partnership expands access to capital based on data & results, enabling artists to remain independent and retain ownership and choice..
What is Paperchain?
The Paperchain x UnitedMasters partnership provides qualifying UnitedMasters SELECT artists with access to a digital wallet and near real-time streaming revenues.
When an artist signs up for Paperchain payments with UnitedMasters, they will be given a digital wallet and physical debit card that functions just like any other debit card. On a daily basis, Paperchain analyzes streaming performance and automatically advances a portion of the estimated royalty payment.
This partnership allows artists to access a substantial portion of their royalties almost immediately instead of waiting forty-five days or more for traditional royalty payments.

These partnerships are currently available to UnitedMasters SELECT artists by invitation only. We are continuously expanding these offerings and inviting additional artists to try out these new features.
