Honda and UnitedMasters Team Up to Celebrate Two New Rising Artists

UnitedMasters’ artists, Deacon and Mystic Marley, will be featured on Honda Stage for their latest exclusive online music content series

Honda and UnitedMasters, the leading tech platform for independent artists, have come together to highlight two rising stars on the Honda Stage, Deacon and Mystic Marley. Honda Stage is Honda’s multi-platform music program that celebrates artists on-the-rise, featuring their stories of determination as they pursue successful careers in the music industry.

Both Deacon and Mystic Marley each will be releasing four pieces of original music-related content that will showcase their journeys as independent artists, including a docu-series style video, behind-the-scenes social footage, a live performance and music trivia video that will be shared across Honda Stage and UnitedMasters’ social channels, as well as on the artists’ personal social platforms.

The new Deacon and Mystic Marley Honda Stage content will give fans a deeper dive into what inspires and drives these artists who have pushed further and reached higher throughout their careers, no matter the obstacles.

The new pieces of original Honda Stage content come at a pivotal time for both rising stars. Mystic Marley, a singer and record producer from Jamaica, released her debut single, Beatdown, in 2018. While she has kept a low profile, she released a new single in 2021 titled, “Sad Girls (Cause Damage),” which catapulted her into the spotlight and has helped her gain traction as an independent artist.

For Deacon, he made his debut back in 2020 with a single titled, “Long Run”. The song made the Top 20 iTunes charts at the time. But his start in music was not linear, initially working as a producer, he has now transitioned into not only producing but also singing and songwriting. Most recently, Deacon released a single called “funny” through UnitedMasters that has accumulated over thousands of streams and counting.

Honda has been invested in music and supporting the dreams of breakthrough artists for more than two decades, which includes the Honda Stage program. Through Honda Stage, Honda offers music fans access to exclusive and unforgettable music moments and performances, while celebrating the creativity and passion it takes to be successful in the music industry.

In partnership with Honda Stage, UnitedMasters is helping Honda reach new audiences and connect with talented independent artists who are dedicated to their craft.
